We only ask for what we need to plan and run your trip. We never sell your information. This page explains what we collect, why, and who sees it.

1.What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone, and notes you give us when you request a quote, call us, or book.
• Trip details: airports, dates, times, passengers, bags, pets, catering, ground transport, and special requests.
• Passenger details the flight requires: full legal name, date of birth, gender, weight, and phone. For international trips, also citizenship, residence, passport details and photo page, visa, and where you will stay. Weight is used only for aircraft weight and balance.
• Payment records: what you paid and when. Card and bank details are entered on our payment provider's secure page. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Referral partners: name, business, address, and tax filing details needed to pay referral fees.
• Website basics: standard technical information your browser sends, such as pages visited and device type.
• Website visitor tools: our website uses cookies and visitor tools from Apollo.io and Google. They tell us which pages were viewed and may show the company a visit came from, so we can understand interest and follow up. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

2.How we use it

• To quote, book, and run your trip, and to keep you updated.
• To meet the legal and safety rules for flights, including passenger manifests, weight and balance, and customs and border requirements.
• To bill you, keep accounting records, and pay referral fees.
• To answer your questions and improve our service.

3.Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to deliver your trip or run our business:

• The aircraft operator flying your trip (an FAA-certificated air carrier), and through them the government agencies that require passenger information.
• Service providers we use for our customer records and messages, payments, accounting, and electronic signatures. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the safety of passengers and crew.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

4.Our social media accounts and Google / YouTube

We use connected tools to post our own videos and set their thumbnails on our own Noble Jets accounts (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn). These connections reach only our own business accounts. We do not collect personal information about viewers through them.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. YouTube features are covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

5.How long we keep it

We keep trip and payment records as long as needed for the trip, for tax and accounting rules, and to resolve any issues. Passport photos and similar documents are kept only as long as the trip and its records require.

6.Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers with security protections and limit access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you as the law requires.

7.Your choices

• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, unless we must keep it by law.
• Stop marketing messages at any time: reply STOP to a text or use the unsubscribe link in an email.

8.Children

Our services are for adults. We collect a child's details only from a parent or guardian, and only for that child's flight.

9.Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
