Cancellation Policy
Noble And Company LLC d/b/a Noble Jets
One schedule for every trip. This policy applies to every Noble Jets charter. It does not change from aircraft to aircraft or operator to operator, and it is the schedule you accept before you pay.
Your cancellation schedule
| When we receive your cancellation | We keep (% of Trip Price) |
|---|---|
| Before the operator commits to your trip | 0% (full refund) |
| After the operator commits, more than 7 days before departure | 25% |
| 7 days or less, but more than 72 hours | 50% |
| 72 hours or less, or a no-show | 100% |
Trips that are 100% once the operator commits
- One-way trips and empty legs.
- International trips: any leg that starts or ends outside the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
- Holiday trips: any leg that departs on a federal legal holiday (5 U.S.C. § 6103(a)), or within 3 days before or after one, or from December 22 through January 4.
- Short-notice trips: you accept your Flight Confirmation 72 hours or less before departure.
How it works
- How to cancel: you or an authorized booker emails fly@noblejets.net. It counts when we receive it. Calls and texts count once confirmed by email.
- Trip Price means the total price on your Flight Confirmation, including the operator's charges, our compensation, federal excise tax and segment fees. It does not include the card fee or extras billed after the trip.
- Departure means the scheduled time of your first leg, local time at the departure airport.
- No-show: no passenger within 30 minutes of the scheduled departure, or a passenger turned away for missing ID or travel documents.
- If the operator resells the time or refunds us, we pass what we actually recover on to you, less our out-of-pocket costs. In that case we still keep at least 10%.
- Changes an operator treats as a cancellation (new date, airport or aircraft) are handled as a cancellation and a new booking. Changes inside 72 hours add $500 per changed leg, plus operator costs.
- Extra costs: if you cancel, any costs the operator has already spent on your trip (such as catering, de-icing, hangar or ground transport) are added to the cancellation charge. The total we keep never exceeds 100% of the Trip Price plus extras you asked for that were actually incurred.
- Taxes: refunds include the federal excise tax on the refunded part. Tax on the part we keep goes to the IRS.
- Card fee: the card fee shown when you pay is not refunded, unless the trip can't fly through no fault of yours or card network rules require a refund.
- If your trip can't fly for any reason other than your nonpayment or breach, and you don't accept a replacement, we refund what you paid for the flights and services not provided.
- Refund timing: card refunds within 7 business days; wire refunds within 20 days of your complete request.
- A problem with a charge? Email us first. We answer within 1 business day.
This policy is part of the Noble Jets Charter Broker Agreement (Terms & Conditions), Section 7. If they differ, the Agreement's Section 1.2 order applies. "Operator commits" means we hold the operator's binding written acceptance of your trip (the Carrier Commitment). Noble Jets (Noble And Company LLC) is an air charter broker, not a direct air carrier. Your flight is operated by the FAA-certificated air carrier named on your Flight Confirmation.
